If there is a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, you must be the one to write it.

This reminds me that I've got to sort out both books I'm working on!
Fun sculpture here as well, but can't load the vid :(
Ah! Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits. What that man can do with that Schechter Telecaster! I've liked him even better after Dire Straits broke up. I have his collaboration with Chet Atkins - Neck and Neck - here, and I downloaded the recording he did with Emmylou Harris from iTunes. Great stuff!
In agreement with Roy! Except I don't know what a Schechter Telecaster is!! Must the guitar. LOL.
Great offering from youtube! There may be a book in me but I don't know who would want to read it...
That quote is a lovely quick in the butt.
Motivating here!
I remember the group, but not the song.
Great photo, Kim.
Awaiting Blame by Michele Huneven. If you haven't read Jamesland, I recommend it. Her first one is Roundrock. She gets better each time.
Ooooh, I saw the Brothers in Arms in a relatively small venue in Austin. Great show. Thanks for the memory!
Thanks for the encouragement over at maggie's...it meant a lot to me.
I see you in the top right corner sidebar holding a camera. What kind is it? Your photos are always so crisp.
Oh I like the Toni Morrison quote - it strikes a few chords at the moment. What a pleasure to return to this feast of wise words and apposite images.
I love those sculptures and reading is such a good thing to do on a snowy day.
Great Strong Image.Reading is Elemental (even in the snow!).
Dire Straits is a group I was only vaguely aware of back in the day. Thanks for the vid.
