another day

it's been a while since I've posted a snap of ms. t (late october to be exact). regulars know that tuesday is ms t day here on avenue c! with the new year a few new snaps ~ a peek into our day yesterday.
9:50 - off we go! after a long break, finally the library programs resume! on the way, ms t catches a few flakes. not too tasty, but lots of fun. go here for an action snap from storylore.

11:50 - after the library, we stop in at the new root cafe gotta check out the action and get a cuppa - orange juice to ms t and chai for me.

12:50 - back home - time to go inside and warm up with a nice hot lunch.

early evening - to commemorate the passing of curtis allina, the man who put the heads on pez dispensers, we hold a small ceremony with a few of our beloved pez characters. in reading about mr. allina, I discovered that a documentary, PEZheads, came out in 2006 which apparently provides a peek into the world of pezmania. I don't know how I missed it, looks like it's a hoot! unfortunately the library doesn't carry it, I'll have to ask one of my buds who gets netflixs to see if they carry it.

7:50 - ms t, dixie and I are all curled up on the sofa watching jeopardy; come 7:30 we always take a break from reading the pile of library books we brought home that day to watch alix. in a few more years, ms t will be ready to compete on kids week.

click on title to link to paul mccarthy's 1971 hit song another day - chosen merely for it's title and tune, not it's sad lyrics!

Wonderfully warm photos for such cold times. I had to look up what Pez was - I am now much wiser.

Kim, you might want to look into signing on the Netflix for their cheapest membership (we do) because you will be amazed at how many movies you can watch via streaming over your computer and they are "free"; in other words, you can watch as many of those as you want without paying anything extra! One of them I plan on watching was on two NYTimes best of 2009: Summer Hours. It's where I saw the doc on Helvetica. Anyway, just a suggestion.

Oh, I forgot to say how much Ms T has grown and how lovely she is!

Ms T looks totally tuckered out in that last shot. Looks like you two had a good day.

Wow, splendid photos of a terrific model. Hard to choose, but I'm leaning toward the pez dispensers due to my current obsession with depth of field.

That kid is cute as a button! Looks like a lovely day, well spent. I can see why you're looking for a snowmoblie stroller!

I have a lovely future fantasty that I like to indulge every now and then, in which Ms T meets my nephew and...well...
