Hold to the now, the here, through which all future plunges to the past.

Good on ya.

I regret to say that due to having briefly dated a man who used to drink a tumbler of vodka and brood about his ex-wife while listening to this album, I cannot listen to U2 for medical reasons.

Ah my beloved Bono. Wow, he has aged a lot since that tour. Saw him live in SF in the midst of Rattle and Hum. I was blown away.

ArtSparker - How sad - though I completely understand!

Happy Bloomday to you, too, Kim!

Ah Dublin -- all I remember was a grand hotel and rain that threatened to wash us away. We spent most of the day seeing movies just to avoid the downpour.

Yeah...but my favorite is 'when love comes to town' on rattle & hum...very high energy, bluesy rock it!

Dublin is a place I have yet to go, except via U2. :)

I open Ulysses at random and:

"BLOOM (in alderman's gown and chain) Electors of Arran Quay, Inns Quay, Rotunda, Mountjoy and North Dock, better run a tramline, I say, from the cattlemarket to the river. That's the music of the future. "

Happy day after Bloomsday, kimy. The gating on Dublin Castle reminds me of something over here. I'll have to post it on the Graulhet blog today.

Nostalgic photo. From the castle, you say? Happy Bloomsday to you too.

Hi Kimy,

I am shamelessly promoting a project at my website for everyone to see.

Just click on my name and then I will also ask if you will join me to shamelessly join in and promote it too. The more who join, the more shamelessness for us all. This should be fun for everyone and we are doing something good.

God bless.
