thank you

Let us rise up and be thankful,
for if we didn't learn a lot today,
at least we learned a little,
and if we didn't learn a little,
at least we didn't get sick,
and if we got sick,
at least we didn't die;
so let us all be thankful.

Buddha (563-483 B.C.E.) Hindu prince, teacher, philosopher

megan - thanks the quilt picture left with the boring bits.... I reread what I wrote at lunch - yikes, that will teach me to alter my blogging routine or to write when in a congested and sneezy state!

great photos of the dogs - but I can't admit to even
a twinge of nostalgia for snow. Why? because I don't miss it, even one bit. (Nice in photos, though.) :-)

feel better soon, petite souris.

Well, I missed your ranting blog, swamped as I am with work. I like this one, though! I have a homeopathic lozenge on my tongue, to drive away anxiety, so the Buddha quote is very helpful indeed.

No Thursday Theme until January; that will allow some thought on the subject.

Feel better, Mouse!

maybe it is magical thinking but I think all the whining I did yesterday about my cold sticking around helped hurry it along!

rlb - considering where you moved from you probably have seen enough snow to satisfy a few lifetimes. eh?

tut - feel better and I hope you will soon be unburdened. hugs.
