today is election day! it is also veteran broadcaster walter cronkite's 92nd birthday. walter was once referred to as the most trusted man in america. I betcha walter would say vote obama!

stunning photo...so the leaves change colour down there too? Funny how we who live in different countries are so similar. Not only that but funny how we are all so interconnected. We all sink or swim together.

I am hoping your man is the man. If only we had the courage to change up here a couple of weeks ago.

anoymouse - the place is shaker lakes in shaker heights, ohio - an inner ring suburb of cleveland. it's a lovely natural area surrounded by a lovely residential area - with trails circling the string of lakes. a popular spot for walkers and runners - of both the human and canine variety.

I love Walter. I remember watching him as a kid, and when he retired the news seemed so strange. It didn't seem like the news anymore.
