It's definitely a good country despite its backsliding during the past 8 years. I'm ready to turn things around. Yeah!

Wonderful choice of quotes, Kimy - it's utterly in keeping with the sentiments of the video I just wrote about myself (inspired by Bitchlet!).

Here's hoping Barbara's right and a turnaround is in our future.

nice pic--i just saw Jacksn Browne on the GREEN channel--it was the Ed Begley show -- they visited Browne's "off the Grid" house-- pretty AMAZING place. I saw a similar house in the Catskills and one in PA that were created with little means and much dedication.

Dennis was never much of a Jackson fan, but now he's impressed!

I only saw JB once, in the 70s at San Jose State, in San Jose, Ca. Running On Empty tour and always enjoy his political songs.

Luck you, to see Carmen! ; )

I watched A CAPITAL FOURTH hosted by Jimmy Smits (who looked very handsome by the way) and Washington D.C. looked cloudy and rainy yesterday!

WHAT GIVES? It still looked like a load of fun though. I'd like to spend my FOURTH there someday.
