beautiful dreamer

It challenges the imagination to contemplate what lives we could transform if we were to cease killing.

Dennis thinks this is a beautiful picture. Cats are wonderful souls. Dennis adopted a tuxedo kitten today, named Edward. If we focused on the good in each other, life would be so beautiful.

They would probably be terrified to be on the outside! Very cute pic.

dennis best of luck with edward! you are a very wise cat and edward is lucky to have you showing him the ropes.... I can't wait to see some baby- I mean kitten - pictures of edward!

lee thank you and best - my heart and good thoughts out to you!

barb - tsuki is always trying to sneak outside and sometimes he makes it and you are correct when he gets out he turns into a total scaredy cat

a few days away from our kitties has me missing them much. I know they will be waiting at the window or door when we pull up tonight! no cats at my folks house and it seems so lonely when a bed only has humans in it...

Awww...cute picture. Funny how cats love to look outside, but if they do get there they freak out and run back in again. (My cat does the same thing.)

Beautiful Dreamer brings back memories of when I auditioned to play Stephen Foster for a summer production somewhere in the midwest. The audition was in a NYC hotel room for the director. I had to sing that and read some sides. Very strange experience but a beautiful song.

Another inspiring post - thank you! Obama gives me hope that we can "stop the killing" - I hope I'm not wrong about him (also I hope it's okay for me to say that here)...

I remember "Beautiful Dreamer" from the BATMAN film with Jack Nicholson. Danny Elfman (the film's score composer) used it a lot with Jack's silly antics as the Joker in the picture. It was actually quite funny.
