I can see clearly now

If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant:
if we did not sometimes taste of adversity,
prosperity would not be so welcome.

Love the pic! Also love yesterday's birthday salute to my soul brother Abe. I've always felt a special connection with him because of the proximity of our birthdays.

Enjoy the snow! We only got enough ice to be annoying, no snow at all. Oh well!

Snow and ice are why I like living in a place where seasons change. I always appreciate Spring even more when it follows weather than makes me shiver.

Excellent cozy pic and poem. Nice to remember that on a cold wintry day! (Though today is quite sunny and nice, thank goodness.)
